I purchased a set of SECA 813 Extra High Capacity Digital Bathroom Scales from your company via Amazon 5 months ago for use in my business as a weight loss consultant.  I was extremely please with the scales until yesterday, when one of the feet fell off during a consultation (not a reflection on my poor client!).

I contacted your office today and can only say I have been amazed and delighted with the professionalism of you and your team.  First, a 'person' answered the phone when I called, not a machine with options!  Second, when I explained what had happened and asked what my next port of call would be, you took the problem away from me, contacted the manufacturer and got back to me with a resolution in less than half an hour.  I couldn't have asked for a more personal or professional service and it makes a wonderful change.  To me it's not what goes wrong which matters, it is how it is dealt with, and you and your team have been terrific.  Thank you.
