The DMC688 Coin Counting Scale is a quick, simple and accurate coin counting scale with an impressive feature set.

Three large super contrast LCD displays - weight, denomination & amount/quantity. Programmable denomination/unit weigh and tare weight. Total amount accumulation or subtraction. Digital/one touch tare subtraction.

Completely portable with battery operation : 1000 hours continuous use with alkaline battery; 500 hours with manganese battery.

Easy to carry - 4.4 kg net weight. Easy to use - push one of preset coin value keys to start counting money.

Choice of either single Sterling;Euros or dual Sterling/Euros keyboard set up.

Keys can be user-programmed for use with tokens or any other currency.

- If you poured a load of mixed decimal coinage into a pre tared bowl and it had silver and bronze coins can your scales give an accurate reading on total value?
- Hi the DMC-688 scales work by having the weights of each coin pre-programmed into separate preset key g.g. 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p 50p, £1.The user would then put on a batch of for e.g. 1p and get a total. This could then be put into memory and the user could do a batch of 10p and get a total and then add that to the memory.At the end of these separate weighings – an overall total can be obtained. The DMC688 can’t work out a mixed batch of coins.
