We have recently had a ISO:9001 Audit and thought we would share this with you. The IS0:9001 Audit is done by Isoqar and we are audited every 12 months with a recertification every three years.
Every three years Isoqar assesses the quality of management in its systems entirely. By assessing the entire quality management system during one ISO 9001 assessment activity, the relationship of all the processes comprising it can be fully evaluated for effectiveness.

As part of our Audit process we ensure that we contact every customer to give feedback on their ordering experience and each one of these are looked at by the managing director Gail. This process allows us to see customer feedback which helps the business move forward and provide fantastic customer service.
The summary of the Audit stated that “'The Company demonstrated excellent order tracking controls. The internal audit results showed that the quality system is well controlled and effective in all areas. As with my previous visit this was very well received, with the staff very helpful in conducting this audit”
